Perched on the top of the Allegheny Plateau, Sixmile Run features highly accessible trout fishing along Sixmile Run Road.
Sixmile Run is a small stocked trout stream with moderate numbers of wild brook and brown trout in a Moshannon State Forrest mountain plateau setting. Roads closely parallel the stream.
Access
PA Route 504, six miles east of Philipsburg, 3 miles west of Black Moshannon State Park north on Six Mile Run Road.
