Tempest Productions is proud to present the second annual Central PA Theatre & Dance Fest in downtown State College with over 20 companies performing and producing. Check the schedule for another exciting year of performances!

What makes this collection of performances special is that you rarely have the opportunity to see this many performances at one place and time. With the venues being just a stone's throw away from one another it will be very convenient for visitors to get to several different performances that catch their eye.

If hands on opportunities are what you're looking for there will be workshops that allow visitors to the event to not only get to enjoy the visual performances, but also learn a skill of the performing arts that they can take home with them. If you're someone that is already a playwright, you can compete in the Central PA Theatre & Dance Fest Playwriting Competition which will be performed throughout the festival.

If you simply are looking for a chance to have a great time dancing make sure to stop on the 100 block of South Allen Street for dance parties Friday and Saturday evenings from 6-8 PM. Grab a bite to eat while you're down there from dozens of restaurant options.
