Talleyrand Fall Festival

Join us before or after Bellefonte's Annual Halloween Costume Parade for the Fall Fest on the Annex side (closer to The Match Factory) in Talleyrand Park. Held as a fundraiser by the Rotary Club, the funds raised will be distributed to various community organizations and causes throughout the year. 

Parade to Talleyrand Park begins at 11:00 am.

Fall Festival at Talleyrand Park will be going from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
