The Rothrock GRIT Gravel Grinder is an epic off-road bike adventure over the rugged ridges of Rothrock State Forest. The awe-inspiring vistas, mountain laurel-flanked trails, and crushing climbs of this ride will leave you breathless in more ways than one.

This unique race offers riders the opportunity to participate at 3 levels: Gritty, Grittier, and Grittiest. Riders participating in the Gritty distance will cover 25 miles climbing to an elevation of 2600 feet. Those feeling a bit grittier can opt for the 49-mile course with four steep climbs and a total elevation of 5000 feet. And finally, those vying to become the grittiest rider will ascend to a leg-crushing 7500 feet over the 65-mile loop. All that climbing means that riders are also rewarded with thrilling descents.
