This Wolf adventure begins on Friday Night with the Digging in the Past Adventure Pin. Discover fossilized treasures while learning about the history of life on earth. Scouts will also play a game about dinosaur extinction, create a poster of an imaginary dinosaur, and make a fossil snack. They will also make a fossil and find one to start their own fossil collection. Then, on Saturday, navigate a map of the local neighborhood and learn to use a compass! Map and compass skills are the backbone of an outdoor enthusiast's skill set. Scouts will also learn why we should cultivate these skills. This fun-filled combo program includes overnight 'slumber-party' style lodging indoors and Saturday lunch PLUS an amazing tour of two beautiful crystal caverns!
