• Dinner at:
  • Elk Creek Cafe + Aleworks - Brewery bistro with farm-to-fork cuisine and hand-crafted ales. $

Day Two

• Breakfast at:
  • The Meandering Mallard Coffee House - Varied menu, including delicious sandwiches, scrumptious soups, stews, and fresh, homemade baked goods. $
• Venture into nature and explore:
  • Poe Paddy State Park and Poe Valley State Park - Two of Pennsylvania’s finest ‘primitive’ state parks.
  • Coburn Tunnel - Old hand-drilled railway tunnel that cuts across the neck of a loop of Penns Creek.
• Dinner at:
  • Millheim Hotel - Weekly lunch and evening specials, happy hour, family friendly. $
    • Holding one of Centre County’s oldest tavern licenses, this establishment has been “slinging drinks since 1794.”

Day Three

• Check out of your Hotel/Bed & Breakfast/etc.
• Spend time daytime wine tasting at:
  • Pisano Winery (opens at 11 am Friday-Sunday) - Small batch winery located in the heart of Millheim, PA in picturesque Penns Valley.
