FREE AND OPEN TO THE COMMUNITY IN HONOR OF SEXUAL ASSAULT AWARENESS MONTH! This workshop is designed to empower women ages 13 and up with the knowledge, awareness, and tools to prevent dangerous situations before they happen. Focusing on practical self-defense strategies and preventative measures, this class emphasizes the importance of recognizing and avoiding potential threats in everyday life. This workshop is held in collaboration with State College and Penn State Police.
