State College Halloween Parade

Grab your costume and meet Centre Region Parks and Recreation staff and volunteers in downtown State College for a long-running, community tradition–the 75th Annual CRPR Halloween Costume Parade–on Sunday, October 29. 

The parade forms at 6:30 PM (line-up) on Fraser Street, between Beaver Ave. and College Ave. The State College High School Band will lead the parade with step-off promptly at 7 PM.  Costume judging, with over 10 different costumes categories, takes place at State College High School’s Memorial Field with cash prizes and candy treats provided by the State College Lions Foundation.
