This Workshop + Show ticket offers a full afternoon and evening with Scott Ainslie, beginning with a hands-on workshop at 3:00 PM followed by an intimate evening concert at 6:00 PM. A nationally respected guitarist, historian, and educator, Ainslie has spent decades studying and performing country blues—apprenticing with legendary elder musicians and carrying forward techniques that trace back to the earliest 20th-century recordings. The afternoon workshop, Unlocking Open Tunings, provides a practical, accessible introduction to open major tunings and the structural ideas behind them, valuable for any guitarist. There will be a break between 5:00 and 6:00 PM—guests are welcome to stay as our kitchen and bar will be open, or step out and return for the evening concert.
