Centre Gives, the 36-hour online giving event designed to bring attention to our local Centre County network of nonprofits and provide a platform for them to raise money is May 6 & 7 this year! Since 2012, the event has invested over $22.5 million into our local nonprofit network, providing much-needed operational support to missions of many kinds: arts, animals, education, environment, and health and social services. Centre Gives began with 74 local nonprofits; 230+ organizations will be participating in the fifteenth year. Our Centre County community has embraced Centre Gives, making over 149,337 gifts during the combined 504 total hours of this online event! On May 6th and 7th, we invite all community members to visit CentreGives.org beginning at 8:00 AM on Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
