Join the fun as Boalsburg hosts its Second Annual Hometown Christmas!
The fun starts early at 9:30 a.m. on December 6, 2025, as festivalgoers can take part in the Cookie Crawl! To get your cookies, visit participating locations, receive two cookies at each stop, and enjoy learning what Boalsburg has to offer. Do you need a tin to collect all those delicious cookies? Commemorative Hometown Christmas Cookie Tins, featuring a list of participating locations, can be purchased starting November 17th for $25 at A Basket Full, located at 121 East Main St, Boalsburg.
Before or after your Cookie Crawl, you can plan to have breakfast with Santa from 9:30 am to 11 am. The cost is $10, and stay tuned to A Hometown Christmas for how to make reservations and what the menu will be!
After Santa, why not take the family on a scenic Horse-Drawn Carriage ride? Rides are $5 per person and start at E. Pine Street, in front of the Fire Station, between 11:30 am and 3 pm; ages five and under are free.
Then end your day visiting some live Reindeer from 1:00 – 4:00 pm next to the Harris Township Office at 224 E. Main Street.
If you want a glimpse of what a hometown Christmas is like, visit Boalsburg on December 6th!
