Pennsylvania Chamber Orchestra

The Pennsylvania Chamber Orchestra, led by music director Maestro Yaniv Attar, is central Pennsylvania’s professional chamber orchestra featuring the region’s top musicians. Founded in 1990, the Pennsylvania Chamber Orchestra (PCO) has performed music by the greatest composers from the Baroque period to present day.  

Each year the PCO presents three large season concerts highlighting local and international soloists, an extremely popular holiday concert, a family concert geared toward younger audiences, and a variety of chamber music and educational performances in numerous venues around the Centre region.

The mission of the PCO is “to provide the central Pennsylvania region with an artistically superb orchestra and orchestra concerts, as well as to develop an environment where the awareness and appreciation for orchestral music will flourish”.
