Tussey Mountainback Ultramarathon

Tussey Mountainback is an ultramarathon race that hosts a 100 mile race, a 50 mile and a 50k option, as well as our 50 mile relays. For those who want to partake in the fun but want something a little shorter, we have our half-marathon and our kids 1 mile fun run. Our races are set in the scenic beauty of central Pennsylvania and attract runners from all over the world. With challenging terrain and a supportive community, we offer an experience like no other.
