Swine & Spirits celebrates local heritage with a pig raised by a local 4H student and purchased at the Bedford County Fair, thoughtfully prepared by our chef into a multi-course dining experience. Each dish will be paired with an exceptional pour from WhistlePig’s celebrated rye whiskey collection.
The evening begins with passed hors d’oeuvres alongside a handcrafted cocktail featuring PiggyBack 6 Year Rye. Dinner unfolds with three premium pairings—12 Year, 15 Year, and 18 Year Rye—showcasing WhistlePig’s depth, complexity, and craft. To finish, indulge in a decadent dessert paired with a signature cocktail made with 10 Year Rye.
