It all starts with Light Up Night on Thursday, November 21 from 5-8pm on Fraser Street’s MLK Plaza and the 100 block of Allen Street in Downtown State College! Your family will enjoy photos with Santa, free popcorn and hot cocoa, performances, crafts, live reindeer, artisan vendors and more as you wait for Santa to light the tree and the timed lighting show to begin!
