Welcome to Simplicity: A Bed and Breakfast. The Italianate-style, Victorian house was built in 1870 for Rebecca Valentine Pugh, widow of the first president of Penn State, Evan Pugh. The inviting atmosphere, with a sense of belonging, includes three cozy guest bedrooms with three private bathrooms.
