About the Pole Cat Hollow Farm
Nestled in the hills of Marsh Creek, Greg Stuber and his wife Nancy Kaltenbach are raising three sons and lots of farm animals on Pole Cat Hollow Farm. Greg and Nancy purchased the property in 2017, and, along with their sons, raise Idaho Pasture pigs, broiler and laying chickens, turkeys, ducks, Katahdin sheep and Red Devon beef cattle.
Pole Cat Hollow Farm’s animals are cared for and humanely treated to the highest animal welfare standards. The animals are fed with non-GMO feed sourced from a Pennsylvania Mill. They are not given any steroids, growth promoters or sub-therapeutic antibiotics.
“Many consumers today are interested in healthier products that are free from chemical additives,” Stuber said. Herbicides and pesticides are not used at the farm.
“During our journey, we have met many other people who want to eat ethically raised, nutritious and safe foods. We are happy to be able to provide foods like this into our community,” said Nancy, who serves as the farm’s marketing manager.
