With nearly 9 miles of volunteer-maintained trails and scenic views, Mt. Nittany offers a unique setting for hiking and recreation. Mt. Nittany is the most recognizable and legendary symbol of Centre County and Penn State. It is the most popular hike for Penn State students and visitors alike and features birds-eye views of campus, Nittany Valley, and Penns Valley from seven scenic overlooks.
