The Moshannon Valley Economic Development Partnership (MVEDP), based in Philipsburg, Centre County, is central Pennsylvania’s premier economic and community development organization. Located just 22 miles from Penn State University, MVEDP has served the region for nearly 25 years as a trusted partner for businesses and communities.  

MVEDP offers diverse services, including quality building leases, ready-to-go business park sites, loan financing, grant writing, and business-to-business support. As a chamber of commerce with nearly 190 members, many of whom have been with us for over two decades, we are committed to fostering growth and prosperity.
