Good Day Cafe (Strawberry Fields, Inc.)

Good Day Café distinguishes itself not only as a coffee spot but also as a hub of opportunities, inclusion, and community engagement. Situated in the Hamilton Square Shopping Center at 286 W. Hamilton Ave., near downtown State College, it offers a warm and welcoming environment. We cater to early birds and lunch crowds alike, opening from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on weekdays, and from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays. 

Our unique coffee shop is dedicated to creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Every cup brewed tells a story of empowerment. We believe that everyone deserves a chance to contribute to their community, and through our inclusive hiring practices, Good Day Café fosters a workplace that values each team member’s abilities.  

As a customer, you’ll not only savor Rothrock coffee, but also witness firsthand the positive impact of empowering individuals with disabilities in the workforce. From baristas crafting delicious brews to friendly faces behind the counter, our team showcases the strength found in differences.  

Our collaboration with Rothrock Coffee ensures that every pour is a celebration of flavor and quality. Our menu boasts an array of crafted brews from espresso to house brewed teas to caffeine free delights. Customers also enjoy seasonal specialties throughout the year, like our Maple Pumpkin Latte –the epitome of autumn in a cup.  

Pair your favorite handcrafted beverage with a tasty breakfast sandwich or a perfectly toasted panini. Elevate a traditional bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich by ordering it on a buttery and flaky croissant! Or try our signature Chicken Panini, with house-made tomato pesto aioli, pickled onions, and American cheese. Our menu also features vegetarian options, like our Baked Oatmeal and White Bean Panini. Don’t forget to indulge in a sweet treat like our chocolatey croissants or gluten-friendly brownies!  

Our cozy seating areas and friendly staff invite you to linger, making it the perfect spot for catching up with friends, fueling a productive work session, or simply treating yourself to a moment of bliss. Good Day Café has covered outdoor seating, free and ample parking, and free WIFI.
