Get tickets for the concert and sign up for the auction here!

2. The Field Burger & Tap

The Field is home to delicious burgers, hand-cut russet fries, mouthwatering salmon and more! So, put those keys in the ignition and drive on over to a menu where you can enjoy great finds like the Lancaster Burger, French Onion Soup, house-made crab-cakes— the works. Be sure to check out their list of desserts and milkshakes - great taste, great quality and all healthy, thanks to the Field’s farm-to-table dining!

3. Take A Trip With Hunty Lytes

Friday, Feb. 1, in the attic of the State Theatre, singer and songwriter, Hunty Lytes, will bring you an evening of unique sound and soul. With a full band of musicians accompanying him on stage, Hunty Lytes hopes to give you an experience of pure depth and heart. The show starts at 7 p.m.!

4. The Corner Room

Meet someone at the Corner before (or after) a State Theatre concert for a traditional grilled sticky — the true ingredient of what makes Happy Valley so happy. Or, if that doesn’t suit your fancy, go ahead and order a fun starter like the cheese stuffed pretzel, an entrée like their famous

Hot Turkey Dinner and finish the night with an ice cream float or dessert tray. It doesn’t get much sweeter than that!

5. Lady Grey’s Moulin Rouge

Lady Grey and her Lovelies are back and lovelier than ever! Paris’s most iconic cabaret, Moulin Rouge is known for its stunning rhinestones, feathers and Belle Epoque glamor — all of which now shall be brought to you in the attic of the State Theatre. Talented dancers and performers await your gracious entrance at 8 p.m. or 10 p.m. - your choice – on February 9. “C’est la Vie!”

6. The Pennsylvania Chamber Orchestra presents: Bee is for Bach

Make Feb. 10 a Sunday Fun-day by coming out and supporting the Pennsylvania Chamber Orchestra at 3 p.m. in the State Theatre. This will be the orchestra’s 28th concert, and this year’s theme is “Timeless Treasures.” Concertos for violin and oboe, Mozart’s Symphony No.36 are on the bill. Enjoy the classics here in Happy Valley!

7. The Little Szechuan

It might have “little” in the title, but the food is amazing— big-time! The Little Szechuan is known for its Asian style cuisine, featuring exotic Sichuan dishes. This cozy restaurant has many hidden gems especially when it comes to seafood. From dishes focused on shrimp to scallops to spicy stir fried squid, to hot and spicy prawns, they have it all!

8. Sounds from the Attic with Shalom Dubas

If you’re craving an artist with a voice that can be defined as charismatic and witty, whose notes range from rapid-fire verse to smooth, indie vibes, then we have the concert for you! At 10 years old, Dubas decided to put pen to paper and write lyrics directly relating to her heart. At 16, she picked up a guitar and the rest was history. A self-producing musician, Dubas is constantly evolving and growing her sound and songwriting. See her at work February 15, at 8 p.m. in the State Theatre!

9. Rock the 80’s Benefit Concert

THON weekend is always a time to celebrate, so a benefit concert to aid the fight against cancer is a perfect fit. Check out the State Theatre’s annual Rock the 80’s benefit concert, starting at 7 p.m., on February 16. The benefit will showcase 10 local bands and each will help support local cancer patients through the Bob Perks Cancer Assistance Fund. The Pre-Show Party will be held at the Makery, offering you complimentary beer, wine and appetizers, starting at 5 p.m.
