What you need to know: Bowl ticket information

UNIVERSITY PARK – The Penn State football team is heading to its 48th bowl game and bowl ticket requests are available for eligible Nittany Lion Club members beginning Sunday, Dec. 3, immediately following the bowl announcement via an exclusive pre-sale.

At 3 p.m. Sunday, ESPN will announce the participants in the remaining CFP bowls – the Cotton, Orange, Fiesta and Peach Bowls – the New Year’s Six bowls. The remaining Big Ten bowl assignments will be announced once the New Year’s Six bowls have been finalized.

Once Penn State’s bowl and opponent have been announced, more detailed information about bowl tickets will be posted on GoPSUsports.com and Penn State Athletics’ social media channels. GoPSUsports.com/myticketportal will be the best source for all Penn State bowl information.

All NLC ticket requests received by Monday, Dec. 4 at 5 p.m. will be allocated based on NLC point totals. The ability to request tickets does not guarantee a Nittany Lion Club member will receive tickets from Penn State’s allotment. Ticket confirmations will be received within two business days from the close of the pre-sale.

Should any tickets from Penn State’s bowl allotment remain available after the Nittany Lion Club pre-sale, Penn State Alumni Association members will be sent an email Monday evening with a promo code. They can request bowl game tickets when their pre-sale begins on Tuesday, Dec. 5 at 9 a.m. at GoPSUsports.com/myticketportal. Should an Alumni Association sale occur, seats will be assigned according to NLC point status first, followed by Alumni Association membership. Ticket confirmations will be received within two business days from the close of the pre-sale.
