Fiesta Bowl: Where to watch the big game?

STATE COLLEGE – Can’t make it to Arizona to watch the Nittany Lions in the Fiesta Bowl?

Well, you’re not alone.

A large contingent of Penn State fans will be back in Happy Valley for the Fiesta Bowl, which kicks at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 30.

Over the next several days we will take a look at some of the best places to watch the bowl game.

First up is Hi-Way Pizza Pub West.

If you’re looking to try something new, Hi-Way might be what you’re looking for!

Guests will experience a welcoming neighborhood pub and restaurant atmosphere with an extensive multi-media system including 32 screens to watch the game next weekend. The pub is anchored by a 30-selection draft beer system and drink menu boasting a mixture of classic and modern cocktails including a tasteful wine list.

As far as food is concerned, there’s pizza, of course. Whether you want a basic Neapolitan pie or something a little more exotic, Hi-Way has it. The white pizza has a great herb crust, but if you’re looking for something with a bit of a kick, try the Buffalo chicken pizza.

If pizza doesn’t cut it, Hi-Way has plenty of other options. From a vast selection of appetizers to hearty pasta dishes, Hi-Way is much more than pizza.

Want to watch the game at home? Grab some carry-out from Hi-Way. The on-site retail wine and beer take-out bottle shop will complement your carry-out order.

On the day of the Fiesta Bowl, a Penn State pre-game show featuring Jeff Brown, Jeff Byers and Mark Snyder will be broadcast live from Hi-Way.

Hi-Way Pizza Pub West is conveniently located at 1301 W. College Ave. in State College for carry out orders, call (814) 954-5240.
