UNIVERSITY PARK – On the heels of their biggest home game of the season (last week vs. Ohio State), the Penn State men’s basketball team has another big home game on Wednesday, Feb. 21, when Michigan comes to town.
The Nittany Lions lost a little momentum on Sunday, falling at Purdue, 76-73. However, there is a lot on the line for Penn State, which is 19-10 overall, 9-7 in the Big Ten. Right now, the Lions are a bubble team for the NCAA Tournament. Wednesday night’s game with No. 17 Michigan can go a long way if they win convincingly, as they did against the Buckeyes last week.

UNIVERSITY PARK – It doesn’t get much more exciting than Penn State’s win at Ohio State on Thursday night in Columbus.
In case you missed it, the Nittany Lions pulled off a stunner, knocking off the No. 13 Buckeyes, 82-79, when Tony Carr sank a 3-pointer at the buzzer.
Ohio State’s Keita Bates-Diop hit a game-tying trey with five seconds left in the game. It appeared that the game was headed to OT, but Carr had other ideas. He banked in the game-winner from 35 feet away.
Chaos followed, as Penn State players mobbed Carr near center court.
