Culinary Week Celebrates Local Cuisine

Experience seven days celebrating local cuisine with Happy Valley Culinary Week from June 12-18, 2017.

“As we’ve entered into our 5th year of Culinary Week, we’ve slowly gained momentum,” Andy Rupert, Director of Marketing at Central PA Convention & Visitors Bureau says. “People are now at the point that they know about Culinary Week and look forward to it. For restaurants it is a fun week to try out some new apps or entrees and we’ve received a lot of positive feedback from both restaurants and customers alike.”

There is a full week of events and demonstrations throughout the week, including vegan cooking at Webster's Bookstore & Cafe, a Creole summer picnic at Spat's and a cooking demonstration at The Tavern.

Participating restaurants offer a discounted, multi-course fixed price menu (most meals include an appetizer, main course and dessert). It's the perfect time to try new cuisine at an affordable price, or to enjoy a favorite meal at a great value! Check out the menus here.
