Located on South Allen Street in downtown State College, the Happy Valley Music Fest has become a favorite annual event of locals and visitors alike. This rare opportunity to encounter several outdoor musical acts in one location provides an excellent family-friendly environment.  

The event showcases a mixture of local, regional and national acts in a smaller outside venue, each located downtown.

So Who is Playing?

Headliners include 10,000 Maniacs, JJ Grey & Mofro, Bonerama, but a complete lineup can be accessed here. 

Parking

For ease of parking, we recommend Pugh, Fraser and Beaver garages. 

Tickets

Tickets are required for admission, Friday night is only $10 and Saturday is $20. A full weekend's pass is $25. Children under 12 are admitted to the festival free of charge as long as they are accompanied by an adult. 

What else is there to do besides the music?

A favorite activity at Happy Valley Music Fest will be the beer pubs.  Attendees will be able to purchase beer at the outdoor pubs and stroll around in the Beer Garden Zone with their drink. This will be located at the Allen Street Parking Lot. Downtown State College also provides a wide variety of restaurant opportunities from major chains, to local favorites and ethnic restaurants.
