The Happy Valley Adventure Bureau (HVAB) is a private, non-profit organization operating the Centre County/Penn State Visitors Center. The HVAB supports the hospitality and tourism industries and promotes the diverse historical, cultural, entertainment, and leisure aspects of Centre County.
