Tickets For 2017-2018 CPA Season on Sale Soon!

Don’t miss your chance to buy individual tickets to the many performances coming to the Center of the Performing Arts at Penn State this upcoming 2017-18 season. Tickets will be available to the public on June 26th, so make sure you purchase them either online or by phone, as you do not want to pass up a chance to see some of these amazingly talented artists.
This season is going to be filled with a variety of productions and performances that everyone can enjoy; these 24 events range from solos like cellist Yo-Yo Ma and pianist Kathryn Scott to group productions like “Straight Outta Philly.”
The performances will be held in the Eisenhower and Schwab auditoriums September 14th through April 18th. Some of these events include a stage adaption of “Dirty Dancing,” jazz vocalist Cécile McLorin Salvant, percussive dancer Che Malambo, Dorrance Dance’s “ETM; Double Down,” Yamato: The Drummers of Japan, the Spanish Harlem Orchestra, the theater troupe Mummenschanz and of course a return engagement of “Jersey Boys.”
CPA will also be promoting Penn State School of Music concerts “Mosaic” on Dec. 3rd and “Ein Deutsches Requiem” on April 14th.
Other performers coming to CPA this season include acrobatic cirque troupe Flip Fabrique, singer Lila Downs, Camerata RCO, The Birdland All-Stars and many more.
You can also catch the production of “A Gentleman’s Guide to Love & Murder,” Rodgers and Hammerstein’s “The Sound of Music,” “Mr. Popper’s Penguins” and “Cinderella” among many more.
