WingFest Is Back and Bringing the Heat

For 16 years running, Tussey Mountain has been rounding up crowds of thousands to unite over a common passion: the beloved chicken wing. Every July, the heat turns up on Tussey as local restaurants put their best wing forward in a very spicy seven round competition known as WingFest.

Though State College is a family town, we offer a vibrant nightlife. From bars and pubs to clubs, there is a variety of restaurants and bars offering entertainment and great food. Here are some of the local favorites:

The Arena Bar & Grill
The Arena has a menu of delicious classic American food, including sandwiches, wraps, burgers, pizza, salad, and more. They also feature some of the best local bands every weekend. Every Friday, the Arena features a modern rock band, and Saturdays they feature a classic rock band.

Everyone Is Irish On Saint Patrick’s Day!

State College is home to some of the finest dining on any given day of the year. Saint Patrick’s Day is no exception. And even if you aren’t of Irish decent, you are on March 17!
